1. 50% Subsidy State Normal Scheme: (Bank Linked Scheme)
Under State Normal Scheme, the 50% subsidy will be sanctioned to the beneficiary with the consent of any Nationalised Bank only. If the Bank is given consent for sanction of 40% Loan to the Beneficiary, this corporation will consider for sanction of Subsidy of Rs. 10,000/- or 50% of the Unit Cost which ever is less towards Margin Money to the Individual.
During the financial year 2010-11 there is a physical target of (114) individual and for Rs. 11.40 Lakhs.
2. Rajiv Abhyudaya Yojana ( only for Municipalities) (Bank Linked Scheme)
Rajiv Abhyudaya Yojana Scheme has been introduced during the year 2005-06 only and this scheme is exclusively for Municipal Areas only. This Scheme is also implementing with the Bank Consent only. If the bank is given consent for sanction of 40% Loan to the beneficiary, this corporation will consider for sanction of 50% Subsidy of the Unit Cost or Rs. 20,000/- whichever is less.
During the financial year 2010-11 there is a physical target of (45) individual and for Rs. 9.05 Lakhs.
3. Construction of Dhobighats & Repairs
The Unit Cost of the construction of new dhobighat is Rs2.00 Lakhs. Out of which 10% of the unit cost must be borne by the Rajaka People. The remaining Rs. 1,80,000/- provided for the construction of new dhobighat from the Corporation is subsidy only. During this financial year 2010-11 no target has been communicated from the Managing Director, A.P. Washermen Coop. Societies Federation Ltd, Hyderabad. This Corporation is also providing amount towards repairs to the existing dhobighats. The Maximum amount sanctioned for repairs is Rs. 40,000/- only.
Washermen Coop. Socieites: (Bank Linked Scheme)
The Washermen Coop. Societies Registered under A.P. Coop. Societies Act 1964 and affiliated to the State Washermen Coop. Societies Federation Ltd, Hyderabad are eligible to get financial assistance in this scheme. The funding pattern of the scheme is as follows.

Success Stories
Education Loan:
This Corporation has been provided Financial Assistance (Education Loan ) of Rs. 1,48,400/- to Sri. Kattamedi Raju S/o Mogulaiah R/o Malkapur (V) Hatnoora (M) of Medak Dist.for studying of M.B.B.S Course (5 Years) under NBCFDC Scheme during the year 2001-2002 to 2005-2006.
This Corporation has been provided Financial Assistance (Education Loan ) of Rs. 1,48,400/- to Sri. Kattamedi Raju S/o Mogulaiah R/o Malkapur (V) Hatnoora (M) of Medak Dist.for studying of M.B.B.S Course (5 Years) under NBCFDC Scheme during the year 2001-2002 to 2005-2006.
NBC & FDC Scheme
Sri. Kishan Goud R/o Shivaipally(V) Medak (M) has been provided financial assistance for the purchase of ambassador car under NBCFDC Scheme during the year 2000-2001.
For hiring of the above car he has been earning monthly income of Rs. 10,000/- and providing better life to his family. His son is also studying Engineering from the above income. Further he has repaid the entire loan amount to this Corporation regularly.
Swarnima Unit
This Corporation has been provided Financial Assistance of Rs. 30,000/- to Smt. Sirisha R/o Sangareddy (V) Sangareddy (M) for establishment of Bangle Store at Sangareddy under NBCFDC Scheme during the year 2001-2002.
For the above assistance she got self employment and earning Rs. 3000/- per month independently and she is maintaining better life in the society further she has been paying monthly instalments regularly to this corporation.
Micro Credit Finance (Self Help Groups)
This Corporation has been provided Financial Assistance of Rs. 25,000/- to Yellamma Self Help Group of R/o Regode (V) & (M) for their lively hood under NBCFDC Scheme during the year 2003-2004 for establishment of Petty Business.
For the above assistance they got self employment and earning Rs. 2000/- each per month independently and they have maintaining their families in the society. Further they have paid entire Loan Amount along with interest regularly to this corporation.
